Residential Window Cleaning

To keep your home windows clean and vibrant, we recommend a professional window cleaning twice a year. 

  • Outside windows washed

  • All sills cleaned of bugs & debris

  • Inside windows washed

  • Removal and cleaning of screens

  • Removal and cleaning of any storm windows (if applicable)

We cater to any special requests that you may have with your cleaning!

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF YOUR CLEANING?

WEATHER POLICY

It is our policy to complete a scheduled job if it is raining.  If there is a light rain or scattered thunderstorms we will continue as scheduled because rain does not effect the cleaning.  In the event of an all-day rain or expected
heavy rains or thunderstorms, we will reach out to you to reschedule on the day of the appointment.

RAIN GUARANTEE

We have a rain guarantee period of 48 hours after your window cleaning. If you notice any dirty water spots (or bird droppings) during our rain guarantee period, we will return to clean the affected windows free of charge. Please notify us within the 48 hour guarantee period to be valid.

WHAT CAN I DO ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL?

Be home at the time of appointment, unless other arrangements have been made.  There is no need to remove drapes or
blinds, we can work around most. The only time we will need them removed is when they prevent us from removing the screens. We can move your average couch to access a window and will replace it before we finish, but we would recommend having very large furniture moved away ahead of time (sectionals, pianos, tables, etc.). Please move fragile items out of the area so that a piece does not get inadvertently damaged.

WHAT CAN YOU ExPECT FROM US?

We pride ourselves on being thorough and detail oriented. We respect your home and floors and always wear booties or remove our shoes when walking inside your home. We also use drop clothes in our work areas to protect your floors.

HOW DO I PAY?

We expect full payment at the completion of the job, unless otherwise arranged.  We accept cash, check, or credit card.

PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL HERE IS A HELPFUL TIP

If you are planning on cleaning your blinds, it is best to clean them prior to us cleaning your interior windows. If blinds are cleaned after a window washing, dust may collect on the newly cleaned windows.

We are currently focusing on our Residential Window Cleaning.  At this time we are not taking on new Commercial or Storefront Business, thank you for your interest.
